We offer custom built S-300 turbos for all years of Dodge trucks. These have
been commonly refered to as B1 or B2 turbos. For now we will simply refer to
ours as the GDS-300 series Turbos.
These Turbos are built to take high horsepower and live! Our custom built
S-300's feature many upgrades in design over standard B1, B2, Phat, Cool,
Killer, Puller, Turbos. Below is a partial list of available features;
 | Upgraded hydrodynamic bearing system. We were the first in the country to
offer this important feature, and include it on all of our custom built
S-300's. |
 | Dual port wastegated turbine housings with built in advantages.
 | Your choice of Turbine housing sizes.
 | .80 a/r ratio (14.77cm, 2.29sq in) |
 | .70 a/r ratio (12.06cm, 1.87sq in) |

 | Quickspool modified turbine housings. |
 | Your choise of Turbine housing outlet.
 | HX40 style outlet, for use with standard HX40 downpipes or 4" exhaust
brakes. |
 | 03-05 style outlet, for use with the standard HPCR turbo outlet piece
or 03-05 exhaust brakes that clamp to the turbo outlet in place of the the
cast turn down. Note; these do move the outlet back a bit to accommodate
the larger turbine housing. |

 | Compressor wheel choices. All with extended tip design.

 | 62mm inducer, 67 lbs. per min. flow & up to 4.0 pressure ratio. |
 | 64mm inducer, 79.2 lbs. per min. flow & up to 4.8 pressure ratio. |
 | 66mm inducer, 77.8 lbs. per min. flow & up to 3.5 pressure ratio.

 | Compressor covers in standard 2nd generation style (v-band outlet) or 3rd
generation style (90 degree hose outlet) or custom straight hose outlet. |
 | Turbine wheel choices. High flow or Super high flow, clipped or
non-clipped exducers available. |
 | High spring rate wastegate actuator with large diameter spring & canaster.This allows the wastegate to
function properly at the higher boost levels typically run with these turbos
without "blowing off". |
